With over 13 years of specialized technology recruitment experience, Fernanda decided to found GO! Exec in 2018.

During the first two years of the company, Fernanda operated solo, but as the business grew, the GO! Exec team was established.

Currently, Fernanda is responsible for the strategic management of GO! Exec, leading commercial initiatives to pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
